At Paw First, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if offered)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
